| What can we expect from AI within the lab world | |
| Erik Mannens is a professor at the University of Antwerp (Sustainable AI) and the University of Ghent (Semantic Intelligence). Until recently, he led a team of more than 125 researchers at the University of Antwerp in the field of Sustainable AI and, before that, a team of 50 researchers at UGent. Now that he is past 50, he consciously chooses, as an Independent AI Expert, to only take on new projects that have a positive and lasting impact on our society and on “Spaceship Earth” as a whole. | |
