Attending the presentations:

The attendance of the presentations throughout the day is free and includes catering.
Visitors are free to modify their programme as they see fit.

Please note, in case of absence, the visitor must notify the organiser by Friday the 17th of September at the latest. If the visitor is absent without notification, the organiser is forced to invoice €50,- (excluding VAT).  You can always report this via info@laborama.be.

Participation aux conférences:

La participation aux conférences est gratuite pour toute la journée,  restauration incluse.
Les auditeurs peuvent composer eux-mêmes leur programme.

Attention, en cas d’absence, le visiteur doit avertir l’organisateur au plus tard le vendredi 17septembre. Si le visiteur est absent sans préavis, l’organisateur facturera 50 euros (HTVA). Votre absence peut être en tout temps signifiée via info@laborama.be.
