On Thursday December 5th, we are organising a webinar on General Terms of Sale. We will organise 2 sessions: one in Dutch, starting at 13h30 and one in French, starting at 15h30.
In the webinar, we will cover issues such as:
- How to draft or update general terms and conditions of sale.
- The ‘do's’ or what should definitely be included and the ‘don't's’ or what should absolutely be avoided.
- Differences for sales to customers/users vs. sales to third parties (distributors, et al?)
- How to use them, how to inform the customer?
